Motivate 4 Change emphasizes an inevitable fact of life.
No one can dictate your future without your permission!

My mission is to effect change by the transforming of one’s mindset
that lacks self worth and integrity. This message
offers hope and stresses how important it is to rise above
the stigma of rejection,
anger, low self-esteem and a poverty
mentality. Once we recognize
that
we have the power to break
free from the
prison within
ourselves – we can conquer the world of opportunities.
Though life is oftentimes consumed with the insecurities, concerns
and affairs of others, there are a lot of angry
people in the world and many of them aren’t even aware
that feelings of anger and sometimes hatred take root.
Their lives are consumed with thoughts of past experiences
and relationships that have left them bitter, wounded
and unproductive – perhaps a misguided upbringing or even a
bruised heart. If we don’t deal with this issue at its very
core, it will most
likely become a crutch later on. As a result,
we reciprocate that same mindset to others.
My mission is to infuse my audience to stay focused – to set goals and not lose hope of that vision.
What you dream can become a reality when you stay focused. Once you begin to recognize and
accept who you are and what God has created you to become, no circumstance or person will be
able to negatively influence you – why because you are going somewhere. There is an inner strength that you have not yet tapped into – once you have discovered your full potential, dare to succeed.
Motivate 4 Change is committed to break the chains of an ignorant mentality and hatred from dominating one’s life – which is only governed by fear. For many years, I have mentored women and youth, visited schools, churches, various organizations and people from all walks of life.
I teach them
how to focus on a vision, and I challenge them to rise above their circumstances so that they may
live their lives to the fullest! I work toward instilling values that will help them become successful
despite past failures and misfortunes.
One of the most valuable lessons that I’ve learned in life can be found in Jeremiah 29:11 which simply says that God thinks good thoughts toward each of us. His plans are to prosper us, and give us a bright future.
Making a difference in the lives of those who are challenged by so many different negative devices, is what began the healing process in my own life. I'd like to call it “planting seeds of hope.” I just believe that motivating and mentoring people is a huge part of my life’s purpose.
You have special and unique qualities to offer others. Your purpose in life can be determined by those gifts you possess and the things you excel in doing. When you focus on a vision and set realistic goals, remember not to lose hope. Miracles happen every day to those who believe.
