Words of Encouragement from Annvernette:

Annvernette GrahamIt is amazing to me how many young people seem to have no hope for the future and absolutely no appreciation of their self-worth. No one—and I mean absolutely no one—is an accident or a reject, because God predestined us all before the world began. We have all been specifically and uniquely created. We are individuals. We have been adopted—hand-picked—to be a part of God’s family. We should feel privileged because God has preserved us! We are blessed.

No matter how old you are, it is never too late to live out the potential of your God-given abilities. It is time for young men and women to recognize who they are and the purpose for their lives. Life could be a source of tremendous joy if only we could see beyond the surface of what we call reality. The reality that we could do and be anything our heart’s desire once we recognize the potential and the greatness we possess.

You can achieve any goal you desire. It’s up to you. You must see yourself as a winner from the beginning. Begin your day by declaring, “I am a winner!”  Choose to rise above your limitations and soar to greater heights than you’ve ever gone before. Let nothing or no one take you off of your course with their vision for you.

Annvernette GrahamKnow who you are and when to say “No” will keep you in the driver’s seat of life and ultimately lead you to the manifestation of your vision. Maintaining control of the wheel is key. Don’t allow circumstances or people to guide you away from the preset path God has arranged for you. Stay focused so that you will make it to the finish line.

You have special and unique qualities to offer others. Your purpose in life can be determined by those gifts you possess and the things you excel in doing.

Try to see things from God’s perspective. Set goals, keeping the end result in mind. Write down your vision, then:

Let go of past hurts and failures once and for all. Purpose in your heart to deal with anger, misery and defensiveness immediately instead of allowing them to take root in your life. Continue to make Jesus the Source of your strength so that you can rise above the storms of life and after having done all…STAND!
