“Wake up the sleeping giant within you! Life changes with every breath you take. You must
be awake, aware and flexible in order to deal with situations as they occur. If you are
stressed out, angry, confused or tired, then you will be unable to face life’s challenges with strength and courage.
- Doing what’s right and expected is no easy task. There is only one you and you can’t be and do everything that your “good intentions” dictate. You have to be careful not to stretch yourself so thin that you lose sight of what is really a priority. If circumstances in your life can be changed, then change them! If not, go around them or let them go! When you realize the strength you possess, you can move mountains in your life, break free from oppression and depression, and achieve your goals. It is never too late to turn your life around, if you think you’re worth it. In fact, you don’t need anyone to tell you what you’re worth, tell yourself. Use your mouth to give voice to your destiny…”

- “Each of us has been uniquely, individually and wonderfully created by God to fulfill a specific purpose and destiny, whether it’s in our personal lives or business. Despite the
things we go through in life, the truth of the matter is no circumstance or person can change our attitude
or course in life without our consent.
- We were all born with an inner will and mindset to rise above every situation we may
encounter. Feelings of fear, low self-esteem, anger and disappointment are common in life,
but with a little faith and strong determination, we can overcome them. Remember – no matter how many fiery darts may come your way, know this: it is the manner in which you choose to respond to individuals and life’s issues that will ultimately determine the outcome. God has a predetermined path for your life. And you have the power within you to make good choices. Therefore, choose the “good life” God has planned for you. Your future depends on you!...”

Business Etiquette
“Become active in managing your employees. None of us has an infinite number of choices when it comes to management, but all of us have some choices. Figure out your areas of choices and become active in managing them. As the corp. market gets more complex, more and more of a burden will fall on each person to manage his or her own level of commitment within the workplace. Employers sometimes have a difficult time figuring out what is the best approach in dealing with everyone’s personality. Thus, the most important bit of advice is not to become a victim of your environment or your own inhibitions but to stay focused….”
Personal Etiquette
When a rose is a bud, it has not yet developed to its fullest potential. It needs to be nourished through much watering. When the season comes in full bloom, it is ready to fulfill its purpose – one that was ordained from its very root. Although it must push through the soil to “grow up,” it has a sweet smell, because it chose to rise above the dirt and live out its purpose. What a wonderful sight and scent! A rose should never die prematurely before reaching its fullest potential.Do you wear the garments of good character, positive self-image, maturity, integrity and purpose? Consider your lifestyle and the way you think for a moment, but don’t stop there. Instead, make a plan to improve in certain areas and rise to the top – be a lady. Start with the inside and let’s work toward the outside – as a bride adorned for her groom.
Together we can bring out the treasure in earthen vessel within you….
Abstinence Training Class
(6 Week program – available upon request)
“The Governor’s Program on Abstinence (GPA) curriculum embraces the Positive Youth Development Strategy, which suggests that the best way to prevent young people’s involvement - the risky behavior is to help them achieve their full potential. Students are told in their first class that the goal of this program is to prevent out-of-wedlock births to sexually transmitted diseases by changing behavior. But the GPA course goes beyond that, and is designed to foster healthy life choices in all areas of life, and to empower each student to establish individual discipline and self-direction for the purpose of living a happy, healthy and productive life. Toward this end, the curriculum includes a comprehensive segment on peer pressure, a major force underlying not only sexual activity but also drug and alcohol use in teens. Special emphasis is given to a lesson on precisely how to respond to peer pressure, what to do and what to say and how this can be applied to drugs and alcohol as well as sex. Students are taught how they themselves can become the power exerting positive peer influence on others, rather than being passively influenced by negative peer pressure from others. Every teen needs to believe and hope in the possibility of their own bright future if they are to be motivated to avoid risky behavior in the present. Students are encouraged to discuss how abstinence relates to all activities that may keep them from becoming all they can be in life. The GPA curriculum teaches teens how they can shape their own futures through goal setting and through avoiding behavior that could jeopardize that future.…”
